PRIVATE SESSIONS  |  RATES

New clients begin with a series of private sessions. These sessions allow the instructor to develop a customized system of exercises to address each new client's needs, goals, and previous injuries. More advanced clients benefit from private instruction to improve precision, add new exercises to their Pilates workout, work on a specific issue or on rehabilitation from injury.

DUET SESSIONS  |  RATES

Duet sessions are ideal for individuals who have a workout partner at the same fitness level and with similar goals, and who want to keep their sessions to two participants only. These sessions can be more customized than semi-privates. Duets sessions must be scheduled through the front desk.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS  |  RATES

In a semi-private session, three to four clients work together with an instructor. Scheduling a semi-private must be done through the front desk as we'd like to make sure all participants are at the same level.

GETTING READY FOR SEMI-PRIVATES

You can transition to semi-privates when:

  • You know the names of the exercises in your program
  • You know the order in which the exercises are performed
  • You know how to set up your equipment and can work independently

If you think you want to start semi-privates, let your instructor know. He/she will make sure that you are prepared for this new step.

ONLINE PRIVATE SESSIONS  |  RATES

A Pilates session online is 50 minutes in length and is tailored to each individual client. Instructors may choose to use props such as towels, weights, or a magic circle. These sessions are conducted via Zoom or FaceTime. Clients decide with their teachers which platform to use. Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all online private sessions.
